I am looking forward to attending the Law Society of Ireland’s Family and Child Law Conference on the 24th of September 2026. This important annual conference is a fantastic opportunity to keep abreast of current developments in the fields of Family and Child Law with updates from experienced practitioners, members of the Judiciary and leading academics in these areas of law.
I am particularly interested in updates on the application of the new Judicial Guidelines regarding the use of expert reports in family law proceedings. These Guidelines are a welcome clarification for practitioners working with separated families.
