Implementation Plan for the Family Courts Act, 2024

Family and Child Law Practitioners in Cork City and County are delighted that Cork has been chosen along with Dublin for the implementation of Phase 1 of the Family Courts Act 2024 implementation plan.

The changes proposed by the Family Courts Act, 2024 lay out a map for modernisation and reform of the Family Courts system in Ireland. Cork practitioners welcome the opportunity to contribute to this important work from the outset in order to ensure significant improvement in the administration of family law for the benefit of our clients and their children in the years to come.
